Who I am

I'm an experience strategist: thought leader and change agent. Shaping customer needs and business goals into simple, beautiful digital experiences.

During the day, you'll find me with an incredibly talented team of designers, strategists, researchers and testers, evangelizing user-centered design throughout the organization and bringing thoughtful digital experiences to life at one of the world's largest airlines.

Away from the desk, I'm a traveler, maker, bookworm and rabid Anglophile. 

What I've done

For the past 10 years, I've been focused on airline digital experience, first at Northwest Airlines and then, after the merger, at Delta Air Lines. 

As Manager, Experience Strategy & Design at Delta, my team has responsibility for all of Delta's consumer-facing digital channels. Additionally, take on a consultative role for other business units who handle agent-facing or employee-facing digital applications. This is a fantastic challenge and an opportunity to approach user-centered design from a completely different perspective, and it's beginning to help us bridge the gap between the online and offline experience.
